Working with Sherry was a very nice experience. She went out of her way to get more carpet samples for us from the manufacturer. She answered all of my questions about warranties and carpet padding. The staff at Pucher's has always been friendly and helpful assisting me with color choices for my home (I've always been a little afraid of color). I finished the last room recently and the colors flow nicely, giving a war, coordinated feeling throughout the house. I never thought I would be happy with a richer color palette, but in the process I've learned not to be afraid to try something new. I really love the colors we chose. Puchers' installers were very knowledgeable about their product and the installation process. They were neat and precise about clean-up and attention to detail. They called my attention to an electrical problem behind the stove and I was able to have it repaired by an electrician the same day.
Susan helped me a great deal in selecting the proper vinyl for my kitchen, foyer and baths, also focusing on meeting my price point. I'm very happy with the installation and vinyl selection.
I've experienced poor service from other vinyl companies in the past. Pucher's is #1 on Angie's List and I can see why. If you want the best - go to the best - and that is Pucher's.

This is the second time we have had Pucher's come out to perform a job and we have been satisfied each time. The first job was stretching our carpet to meet our newly placed hardwood floors. This last job was to replace a piece of carpet and padding in our downstairs closet after some water damage. Pucher’s cost to come out is $75 compared to Jamie’s Carpet who would have charged $150 just to come out. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves.

Pucher’s Decorating Centers installed new carpet and performed a window treatment around our home. They did an excellent job. They were very professional. I actually started my search in their store and picked out what I wanted. They sent someone after I made the purchases to come to my home to measure. They were very knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions. The carpet installed is very durable and they recommend the right kind. We have yet to replace the carpet, the only maintenance was a shampooing. I would defiantly recommend Pucher's Decorating Centers.

Pucher’s installed new vinyl flooring in kitchen, entry and two bathrooms. I brought a few pictures of the kitchen and bathrooms with me but I wasn't sure what I wanted and Sherry (Pucher’s Westlake) asked a few questions and went through a lot of samples with me. Based on my reactions to the samples we narrowed the choices down to a few, which I took home with me. Sherry was very helpful and patient. The installer came out and measured then Sherry got back to me with a price. I placed the order and once the product was in the installer came out and installed the flooring. The new flooring looks great and made a huge difference in the overall appearance of these rooms.

I used Pucher's Decorating Centers. I purchased paints and carpet for different areas of my house. They also installed the carpets. Cindy (Pucher’s Berea) was the person who worked with me and she did a fabulous job of helping me pick colors for paint and carpet. She was wonderful. I had another company do the painting work, but she did recommend people to do the work. She did an absolutely fabulous job and I loved what she did for me. I was so happy with the work that they did three months ago, that I went back and bought another carpet from them two months ago. The entire project cost me $3000. I will use them again in the future.

Pucher’s installed ceramic tile flooringin our kitchen. There was one difficulty associated with this job that was not the fault of the company. After the tile was initially installed, a trash compactor was replaced and the subsequent installation compromised the quality of the appearance of the floor. The owner came out to our house to inspect the situation. She then called in a subcontractor who had the skills needed to remedy the situation at no additional cost to us. We are delighted with the appearance of our kitchen floor. On the basis of our experience with this company, we recommend them unconditionally.

Pucher’s replaced carpet and pads in basement family room (228 sq feet) and upstairs bedroom (120 sq feet). Excellent experience. I'm an out-of-state landlord. Found Pucher's on Angie's List and worked with Mariann (Pucher’s Westlake) by phone until I was in town and able to meet her. She was very helpful guiding me through product selection by long distance. When I arrived to work on the house between tenants in June, I found other work exceeding my expectations, and had to delay the scheduled carpet installation. Mariann quickly offered to keep the carpet in storage for me. Installation in September when I returned went quickly and smoothly and the crew did a nice job. My only gripe is that they forgot a big bag of carpet scraps, but I put those out with the rest of my trash. Price not rated as I didn't shop this job around. It seemed comparable to the price of work I'd had done in 2006, another vendor and I were unable to connect, and time was getting short, so I just hired Pucher's on instinct. I'm glad I did.

We had the first floor carpeting removed and hardwood floor installed in three living areas. I had been looking for hardwood flooring on and off since June. I happened to stop in Pucher's and was shown some samples by Julie (Pucher’s Berea), who was very helpful. I brought a couple of them home and found one to be what my husband and I were envisioning for the area. I called Julie and told her we were ready for the next step. She contacted the installer, Brandon Zart, and in a couple days he called to schedule a time to come out and measure the area. Brandon was punctual and took time to cover all aspects of the job from beginning to end. He gave me an education about the process and we discussed different options. After reviewing the estimate, we decided to go ahead with the job. Brandon is very professional and he did an excellent job installing the floor. He worked hard at trying to cause as little disruption to our living space as possible, and we appreciated that.

Pucher's was responsive to our special needs, working with me long distance to order the carpet the I picked out. The installer had a ton of extra work because another contractor had left stuff in the rec room which the installer had to remove. We had carpeting installed in the living room, rec room, two halls, two sets of stairs, and a landing. We were very pleased with the high quality of the installation, even working around certain flooring abnormalities our house had. From ordering to completion, the Pucher's team is high caliber professionals who really know their business well. We had a very bad experience with a home improvement store three years ago with ridges in the carpet, no stain treatment, and no strips to finish it off. Just 3 years and we needed to replace their carpet! We are thrilled that Pucher's was so great. This is how carpet installation should be. Well done! The carpeting looks and feels terrific.

We purchased carpet for a sunroom and stairs in our home from Pucher's who also provided the installation. After visiting another carpet store, we were delighted upon visiting Pucher's and being greeted by friendly sales staff who were extremely helpful in assisting us in picking out potential carpets for our needs without ever being pushy. We identified a few samples and were able to take them home to see how they would work. This was invaluable, as our "favorites" in the store turned out not to be our favorites at home. The entire company, from the in-store designers and sales staff, to the gentlemen who measured the space and installed the carpet were extremely professional and efficient. We appreciated that the prices quoted included the carpet pad and installation, which made calculating our costs simple. This company was a pleasure to work with; highly knowledgeable employees, quality products, and high-level tradespeople. We would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to others.

I had a large Hunter Douglas cellular shade (blinds) restrung after my cat ate the strings. The company sent them out, and they were ready to be picked up within 10 days. I was so happy to find this company. I did a lot of calling around to try to find someone who could re-string the blinds. Most people suggested just getting new ones, but these were custom made for the house and would have cost more to replace.

Pucher’s installed new carpet in our family room. A wonderful experience. The ladies at the store were very helpful in the selection, with no pressure and accommodating about bringing samples home. They even helped me select paint colors for the room, even though someone else was doing the painting, and were knowledgeable about how long to have the paint cure before carpeting! The installers were a pleasure to have in my home – very professional, friendly and courteous. They arrived promptly and were done on time. The carpet is beautiful and I plan to head straight out to Pucher’s for the next round of carpeting. I am very careful about who does work in our home, and it was such a relief to have nice, courteous installers work around my children and home.

Pucher’s installed my son’s bedroom carpet. Pucher’s was a no-pressure sales situation. We were encouraged to bring samples home to look at, even before we decided which company we were going to use. The sales staff explained the pricing and worked with us to make sure that the carpet was installed 2 ½ weeks after purchasing it as we were redoing our son’s bedroom as a birthday present. As we got closer to the installation date, Pucher’s called us to make sure that we had everything done in the room as far as the painting was concerned so we would not have to worry about finishing the painting with brand new carpeting. We had excellent service, a good price and would plan to use Pucher’s again the next time we replace carpet.
